What is your return policy for beauty accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used makeup brushes or sponges.
How should I clean my EcoTools brushes to make them last?
We recommend washing bristles weekly with a mild brush shampoo and lukewarm water. Lay them flat to dry to prevent water from damaging the bamboo handles.
